Anthony Albertazzi

Stanford University graduate (1984) with degrees in Political Science and Music. A graduate of U.C. Hastings College of the Law (1993.)

Practicing law in Bend since 1996. Extensive knowledge in Bankruptcy Law including consistent success with complicated Chapter 11 Bankruptcy cases. Personal:
Married since 1996 with two children. Interests include skiing, tennis, backpacking, and classical piano.
Chris Ford

Experience:
Practicing law since 2005. Highly capable and experienced in appellate practice. Appellate briefing has led to success for clients in published decisions in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, Arizona Supreme Court and Arizona Court of Appeals, as well as in unpublished decisions in the California Court of Appeal. Significant experience in trust litigation and administration, conservatorships, and business and commercial disputes. Fluent and literate in Spanish.
Personal:
Founding board member, Vida Joven de Mexico, a San Diego nonprofit that raises money to support an orphanage in Tijuana, Mexico. Interests include travel, sailing, surfing, skiing, public policy.
Carolyn Albertazzi

Carolyn provides administrative and accounting services to our office.
Education:
A 1986 graduate of Southern Oregon University, she holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
Personal:
Carolyn and her husband are the parents of adult twin sons. A lifetime resident of Oregon, she divides her time between family and community events, enjoyment of the Central Oregon lifestyle, and financial management. We are privileged to have her on our team.
Sarah Schofield
Paralegal

Sarah worked her way up the ranks from receptionist to paralegal. She is skilled, detail oriented, and results oriented.
Sarah has significant experience in probate, estates and litigation. She is an invaluable resource for our attorneys and clients.
As our most senior employee, she offers guidance and wisdom in all areas of the law practice.
Personal:
Sarah relocated from New York to Central Oregon with her husband and two children. She is an avid reader and a published author.
Education:
Experienced in appellate practice and civil litigation, including complex matters, business litigation, estate planning, probate and real estate. Licensed in California and Arizona
