Anthony Albertazzi – Attorney


Primary Practice: Bankruptcy (chapters 7,11,13) Asset Protection, Real Estate and Probate. Licensed in Oregon and California.

Education: Stanford University graduate (1984) with degrees in Political Science and Music. A graduate of U.C. Hastings College of the Law (1993.)

Experience: Nearly 20 years practicing law in Bend (Jan 1996). Extensive knowledge in Bankruptcy Law including consistent success with complicated Chapter 11 Bankruptcy cases. Extensive knowledge in Estate Planning and Probate Law. Member, Oregon State Bar House of Delegates. J.R. Campbell Inns of Court. Oregon State Bar Leadership College (2006)

Personal: Married since 1996 with two children. Interests include skiing, tennis, backpacking, and classical piano.

Nathan Harpham – Attorney


Primary Practice: Family Law and General Civil. Licensed in Oregon.

Education: Azusa Pacific University graduate (2008) with a degree in Political Science. Graduate of Southwestern Law School (2011).

Experience: Volunteer Attorney Intern at Legal Aid Services of Oregon, assisting primarily in family law and landlord-tenant matters.

Personal: Married since 2012. Nathan grew up in Sisters, Oregon, and has been a resident of Bend since 2012. Nathan’s favorite activity is an outdoor adventure with his wife and dog. Nathan also enjoys watching and playing sports, especially golf and basketball.

Carolyn Albertazzi


Carolyn provides administrative and accounting services to our office.

A 1986 graduate of Southern Oregon University, she holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.

Carolyn also provides expertise in working on complex bankruptcy cases. She is a pleasure to work with – very patient, accurate and understanding.

Carolyn and her husband are the parents of teenage twin sons. A lifetime resident of Oregon, she divides her time between family and community events, enjoyment of the Central Oregon lifestyle, and financial management. We are privileged to have her on our team.

Lindsay Azevedo


Lindsay is a veteran of the justice system here in Oregon. We were so pleased to have her accept a position at Albertazzi Law Firm as she transitioned from working at the Crook County Courthouse to private practice.

Lindsay has been able to leverage her significant experience working in the Oregon court system to become more effective as a legal assistant. She is knowledgeable, tenacious, and attentive to detail in all aspects of her work, and has a wonderful personality. Her experience is invaluable to our firm.

Lindsay is not only a legal assistant, but also a strong advocate for our clients. She attended the University of Oregon before moving to Southeastern Oklahoma for 8 years. She relocated to Central Oregon and enjoys spending time with her family, water skiing and team roping. She brings with her determination and skills to help our clients, and keeps our office on track.

Sarah Schofield


Sarah worked her way up the ranks from receptionist to paralegal. She is skilled, detail oriented, and results oriented.

Sarah has significant experience in bankruptcy, probate, estates and litigation. She is an invaluable resource for our attorneys and clients.

As our most senior employee, she offers guidance and wisdom in all areas of the law practice.

Sarah relocated from New York to Central Oregon with her husband and two children. She is an avid reader and a published author. We are proud to have her on our team.

Amy Blanchard


Amy is our receptionist and marketing manager.  She has a gift for relating to clients and others in our office in a caring and compassionate way.  We are proud to have her as a member of our team.

A graduate of the University of Portland, she holds a Bachelor of Science in Life Science.  She has had careers in both microbiology and chemical sales.

Amy has lived in Bend for 10 years with her husband, two sons, and three dogs.  She enjoys running, paddle boarding and spending time with her family.
