Personal: Married since 1996 with two children. Interests include skiing, tennis and classical piano.
Primary Practice: Family and criminal law. He is admitted to the Oregon State Bar, the Federal District Court of Oregon, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
Education: A graduate of the University of Oregon and the Northwestern School of Law, Lewis and Clark College in Portland, Oregon.
Experience: Mr. Seidel has twenty-plus years of criminal law experience. He has represented clients in criminal matters, including infractions, misdemeanors, felonies, drug cases, sex crimes, DUIIs, and Ballot Measure 11 cases. Mr. Seidel has represented clients in District and Circuit Courts in 26 of Oregon’s 38 counties. Mr. Seidel has argued and won cases before the Oregon Court of Appeals and the Oregon Supreme Court. Mr. Seidel has extensive experience in analyzing, negotiating, and trying complex criminal cases. Mr. Seidel has been a speaker at seminars and a presenter at legal conferences.
Personal: Married with one son. Enjoys hiking, mountain biking, and skiing.

Education: A graduate of Portland State University with a degree in liberal arts, Mr. Harder received his law degree from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in Denver, CO.
Experience: During law school Mr. Harder worked as a legal intern at the nationally recognized Small Business Legal Clinic at the Northwestern School of Law at Lewis and Clark College in Portland, Oregon. While at the University of Denver, Mr. Harder served as an associate editor of the Sports and Entertainment Law Journal and was also a member of a Student Trial Lawyer’s Association mock trial team.
Personal: Mr. Harder is an avid fan and participant in team sports. He enjoys snowboarding, mountain biking and hiking.
